Context to this case: Alex Grand proposed a bill "Move the election to 1/31 and confirm candidates without primaries" which got a majority in the senate. President Smith then would not sign the bill, vetoed it, and released an executive action stating that bill and any bill that is similar will be considered "Unlawful" and could be punishable by law (Section 1, Article 1, GOP). Earlier today Alex Grand proposed another bill with the same purpose. (edited)

Punishment: We The Government of Pandora want to charge Alex Grand with 2 Felony counts of election tampering, 1 Felony count of proposing an unlawful bill, and for him to be removed from office as Governor of The Fortress Territory. 

Results: Alex Grand was found GUILTY and all punishments were enacted.

Trial closed on 1/31/25

This act is being put into effect and being added to the Guidelines of Pandora. This act will prevent the modification and will protect all of Pandora's Historic Homes from unneeded renovation.
